FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
 

1. How Much Do You Charge - We are not cheap, but we are certantly not expensive. Price varies upon your requirements, as we offer additional extras apart from an evening entertainment. See the ultimate package for more details.

2. Can We Bring Some of Our Own CD's for you to play - Yes you may bring along your own cd's, provided they are original copies, due to copyright laws and PRS & MCPS licencing issues.

3. What Does Your Disco System Look Like - Our disco systems are comprised of the latest in digital and lighting technology. Due to the majority of venues we play at, it is required for the disco to be discrete and elegant to fit in with the decor of the venues. Although being discrete, when it is party time it is totally transformed and has a certian WOW factor about it. Please see the gallery for images.

4. Why Are We Different To Most Other DJ Companies - We are a professional company. We are fully insured, have safety tested equipment, is our full time occupation (not just a hobby), we are always impeccably dressed along with our assistants and although we are a company we still provide a personal service.

5. What Music Do You Play - As with most weddings, there are a wide range of age groups that attend. We try to cater for everyone who attends by playing a mixture of songs from the classic 60's upto and including a few recent chart topping hits.

6. What Time Do You Normally Finish - This is different in many cases. The venue may have a specific time to stop and some may let you play on. The general time we finish is midnight (12am). Alteration to times on the evening may nessessitate an additional fee.

7. Can We Give You A Playlist - We do not do playlists as such. Most of the time a list which you may want played in a particular order will not neccessarily be to your guests liking. This kind of list can also make a DJ obsolite. We do on the other hand encourage participation from our clients to the music selection. A list of about 20 songs which are your personal favourates is more than ample. These will the be played and dedicated to you at the appropriate times of the evening. We also take requests on the night.

8. How Quick Will You Respond To My Email - The Wedding DJ's being a full time business, our office is open most of the day and evening. Your email is likely to be answered very quickley, but incase we are out of hours, your email will be reponded to with a maximum time period of 24 hours. If you would like us to get in touch sooner, then please attach your phone number to the email and we will phone you as soon as possible.

9. What Areas Do You Cover - We are able to travel wherever we are required. We have recently performed at weddings in Birmingham, Llandeilo, Pembrooke and Chester.

10. Will You Turn Up At My Event - YES. We guarentee to turn up. We are proud of the fact we have never let anyone down. In the event of an illness, I will ensure an appropriate DJ to a similar standard will be a replacement.

11. Will We Get A Contract - YES. All bookings made with The Wedding DJ's are subject to an agreement form, which will be signed by both parties involved. You will get one for your records, and one which is to be returned to us.
